We carry a variety of garden soils ready to be used in ground or in above ground applications. Garden soils should be used in conjunction with natural soils and/or soil amendments such as manure and compost. Garden soils are pre-formulated, typically a mixture of primarily peat moss, compost, dried poultry waste, pumice, and minimal amounts of shredded mulch/bark product.

We carry potting soil that can be used for seemingly all gardening needs. Ideal for houseplants, container gardening, annuals, & perennials. Pre-formulated and containing mostly peat moss with the additions of perlite, dolomite lime, and wetting agents. Naturally based ingredients in conjunction with soils being entirely sterilized give you the peace of min that these soils will not contain fungus or any other unwanted material.

Great for planting trees, shrubs, and of course used an as amendment for veggie gardens and perennial gardens. These soils are best used when being combined with existing soils, generally using 1 part compost or peat moss to 2 parts existing soils. When being used in a veggie garden or perennial bed, use 1 part compost, 1 part peat moss, 1 part existing soils.

Amendments is a broad term but in the sense of soils generally refers to peat moss, compost, and manures. These are all the key ingredients required for a successful veggie garden when used in conjunction with one another. Amendments also may refer to worm castings, aeration materials such as perlite and vermiculite, dolomite lime, and many other amendments that help to specially tailor to specific plant types.
